Sky Marketing Delta-8 THC injunction thrown out by Supreme Court
Status: Sky Marketing lawsuit no longer active. Delta-8 products are still legal pending DSHS re-scheduling.
Summary: The re-hearing request was denied, but delta-8 products remain legal until DSHS goes through the re-scheduling process.

All DSHS rules are active and enforceable in Texas
Status: The THBC injunction is no longer in place. All rules are active and enforceable including total D9 THC calculations.
Summary: THBC is currently waiting for the courts decision on the State’s request for appeal. If we win on appeal, the trial date will be set.
